The Short Version

By using this website and purchasing our programs, you agree to these terms. Digital products are non-refundable, subscriptions can be cancelled anytime to stop future billing, payment plans must be paid in full, and our content is for your personal use only. The details follow.

These terms are an agreement between you and Remix Strategies LLC (doing business as Remix Coaching), an Arizona limited liability company, covering remixcoach.com and all programs, memberships, content, and services we offer.

Our Programs and Your Account

We offer digital programs and services including The Exhale Room membership, The Exhale Code Journey, individual sessions, recordings, events, and related tools. You must be at least 18 to purchase. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials private and for all activity under your account. Access to paid content is for the purchaser only; sharing logins or content with others is not permitted.

Memberships and Billing

The Exhale Room is a recurring subscription billed monthly at the price shown at checkout until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account, and cancellation stops future billing. Your access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for. Amounts already billed are not refunded, in whole or in part, including for unused time.

Payment Plans Are Not Subscriptions

Some programs, including The Exhale Code Journey, may offer a payment plan. A payment plan is an installment arrangement for the full program price, not a subscription. By enrolling, you agree to pay all scheduled installments regardless of whether you continue to participate in or complete the program. Stopping participation does not cancel remaining payments, and missed installments remain due. If a payment fails, we may retry the charge, suspend program access until the account is current, and pursue collection of the remaining balance.

No Refunds

All sales are final. Because our programs are digital and much of the content is delivered or downloadable immediately, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any program, membership charge, session, or digital product. Please review program details before purchasing and reach out with questions first; we would rather help you choose well than have you purchase the wrong fit.

Your License to Our Content

All content we provide, including hypnosis recordings, videos, course materials, frameworks (including The Exhale Code and the Peacock and Octopus Survival Strategies), and text, is owned by Remix Strategies LLC or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use the content for your own self-improvement. You may download materials we make downloadable for your continued personal use. You may not share, resell, republish, teach from, or distribute our content, in whole or in part, without our written permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our website or services, interfere with their operation, attempt to access other members' accounts or information, or use our services for any unlawful purpose. In live sessions and community spaces, we may remove anyone whose conduct is disruptive or harmful to others, without refund.

Health Disclaimer

Our services are complementary wellness and educational offerings, not medical or mental health care. Your use of our services is subject to our Medical & Mental Health Disclaimer, which is part of these terms.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we do not guarantee any particular result. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Remix Strategies LLC and Andi Hess will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. If a dispute arises, contact us first at the email below and we will try in good faith to resolve it informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Arizona, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date above reflects the current version, and continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
